- Minimum credit score requirement is 620
- Minimum 6 months reserve requirement
- This can be used for a primary residence only - NO Second homes & NO Investment homes
- Borrower must write a letter of explanation for the short sale or foreclosure
- If borrower had a Bankruptcy, the bankruptcy must correlate with the shore sale or foreclosure. Bankruptcy cannot be a distinctly separate event
